Covid things

Getting to Ireland!

Please make no plans to attend the wedding if you have not received both doses of the COVID vaccine. To board an international flight to Europe, you’ll need proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test from the past 48 hours if it's antigen, or 72 hours if it's PCR. You will also have to fill out a contact tracing form. Once you land, you will not have to get another COVID test. Regulations and restrictions may change at any time and we’ll do our best to keep this page up to date!

General COVID stuff

Restaurants and bars require vaccination certs / cards, so make sure you keep that on your person / in your wallet / on your phone at all times. They also close at 8pm, so bear that in mind.

Testing

Plenty of ways to get tested. Unfortunately, most are private—there is a public option, but airlines won’t accept those test results. Randox and Rocdoc are both near Dublin airport, and you can use their 24 hour tests for your flight back to the US. You’ll have no trouble booking an appointment.

At the moment, venues have contact tracing systems in place: if that’s still the case on Jan 2, we'll need to give your information out to various venues.

Leaving Ireland!

So, pursuant to the testing bit above you do need to show proof of a negative test taken no more than 24 hours prior to your flight back to America. Use one of the places above, but make sure you're getting the results back in time!
